Ilan Leshetz
Partner
Ilan Leshetz was a former Partner at Ethos Corporation, leading their Strategy practice where he was also one of the highest performing consultants most years. He was then head-hunted into Partners in Performance as Executive Manager Talent Acquisition to help attract senior Strategy talent from around the globe. In 2015 he set up Oaktree Talent Partners and has been placing Strategy and Transformation talent successfully for both Industry and Consulting clients alike.
Ilan is qualified CA and has worked in business at Financial Controller level before changing his career into Executive Recruitment. He later completed a Masters in NLP and as such is excellent at reading people and matching personalities to role profiles. He also holds a Masters in Coaching Psychology and prides himself on using this skill to deeply understand his contacts, their drivers and ultimately their needs at a granular level.

Anika Stokes
Partner
Anika Stokes has been excelling in the Strategy & Transformation consulting space for over 20 years. The last eleven of which have been based in Sydney, Australia. Anika set up Morgan McKinley’s Strategy division in 2010 and established herself as a leader in the market, growing the team year on year and taking out the award for top performing permanent consultant every year since the award was established.
Anika is known for being an expert at spotting talent and understanding exactly which environment they will thrive in, as well as for creating and building genuine, long-standing relationships with both candidates and clients.
Anika is a creative and authentic leader who loves to inspire those around her by leading from the front, as a business entrepreneur, leading executive recruiter and a qualified Zumba instructor.
Asha started her career in a boutique financial services organisation before moving to London for three years. Back in Australia, Asha joined Macquarie Bank where she spent seven years specialising in corporate broking services. Since then, Asha has specialised in Strategy recruitment across all areas of Financial Services, more recently Commerce and Industry where she has helped grow numerous internal strategy teams, finding the highest quality candidates by taking the time to truly understand her clients’ culture and requirements. Asha has built her reputation through authenticity, commitment and prides herself on supporting her client and candidate relationships, always being there to provide consultative advice whenever they need it.
Asha is a fitness enthusiast, enjoying outdoor adventures and finding new places to explore. She has climbed Everest base camp, completed 100km Oxfam walk as well as several ultra-marathons.
Amy has over 15 years in recruitment and comes with a broad knowledge and extensive experience recruiting in financial services and commercial sectors. Amy’s career spans both the Australian market and overseas where she played a key part in launching the Dublin office of a well-known global recruitment agency before returning to Sydney in 2010 to work with a boutique agency.
Amy’s most recent role has been working on-site with Westpac recruiting senior roles across finance and transformation. Amy’s strengths are in her ability to build trusted and lasting relationships with both clients and candidates alike by focusing on creating a long term partnership and providing support and guidance to people throughout their careers.
Amy also holds a degree in Nutritional Medicine and is a qualified Nutritionist with a passion for health and wellbeing.
A seasoned executive recruitment professional and startup founder in HRTech, Rebecca has led senior placements across the spectrum of contracting, interim, and statement of work programs. As an Associate Partner at Future State Consulting, she leads strategic placements of transformation and strategy executives who can drive organisational excellence. She has a proven track record of delivering successful engagements that create career growth for candidates and a seamless, value-driven experience for clients.
Rebecca believes that genuine human connection is the cornerstone of thriving workplaces. In today’s digital landscape, organisations play a pivotal role in nurturing their talent from onboarding to retirement. She believes that a holistic approach profoundly influences productivity, organisational culture, and the bottom line.
