Working closely with an ex top tier leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic change initiatives, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing customer satisfaction while also building your portfolio and career within the transformation space.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leading and managing projects related to process improvement and technology implementation. 
  • Spearheading large-scale transformation projects that deliver measurable business impact.  
  • Driving change management efforts across various functions and departments, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes and systems. 
  • Leading the identification and prioritisation of transformation opportunities and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic vision and goals. 

Background & Experience:  

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic transformation from a consulting firm, such as Big 4 or Monitor Deloitte, Strategy& etc.   
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience working with senior leaders.  
  • Strong financial acumen and analysis. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Effective collaboration and co-creation skills. 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and has a can-do attitude. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and constant drive.
