Key Qualifications for this role:  

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a top tier management consulting firm, ideally plus corporate strategy experience in industry working in complex stakeholder environments and leading large programs of work  
  • Proficiency in preparing formal business documents and presentations, with leadership experience in team management and mentoring  
  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking, capable of translating strategies into actionable plans.  
  • Collaborative approach with effective communication and presentation skills, adept at working with individuals at all organizational levels.  
  • Intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial drive.  
  • Retail, Consumer and/or Health experience is advantageous  
  • Relevant tertiary education in related discipline or field  
  • Post grad /MBA qualifications will be highly regarded

        Reporting to the Commercial Director, as Head of Monetisation &Pricing Strategy in Melbourne/Sydney, your pivotal responsibility will involve crafting and implementing pricing tactics that resonate with value, elevate customer contentment, safeguard the marketplace’s longevity, sustain our competitive advantage, and propel revenue expansion. 

        As the one in charge of setting prices for the products and meeting revenue goals, you will head a team of pricing experts and liaise with various departments to optimise pricing frameworks, offerings, and promotional activities.
