 Key Qualifications: 

  • Extensive experience in strategy, acquired ideally from a top-tier strategy consulting- McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, LEK, Roland Berger, OC&C 
  • Experience driving strategic transformation programs, ideally in FMCG / consumer-driven driven organisations 
  • Track record in delivering business outcomes and guiding innovation within analytics while fostering an inclusive, friendly and down-to-earth culture 
  • Outstanding influencing and business partnering skills including the ability to navigate diverse senior stakeholders 
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications like an MBA are desirable

    This position is a key role in the optimisation of company initiatives and the implementation of company-wide best practices. You will have 2 direct reports.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Lead the team in the strategic initiative portfolio management process and be responsible for setting up a regular schedule, constructing an efficient governance system, and ensuring that all reports are submitted in a timely manner.
    • Ensure that everyone involved is on the same page and collaborating efficiently. This role requires great organisational and communication skills to ensure the process runs smoothly.

    • Proven track record of success in influencing diverse stakeholders across an organisation.
    • Expertise in setting up governance strictures and reporting metrics.
    • Demonstrated ability to implement best practice PMO methodology, processes, templates across an organisation, with evidence of measure of success.
    • Proven experience in tracking and effectively reporting on performance of organisation-wide strategic projects.
    • Ability to think, analyse and consider the broader context to develop practical solutions and recommendations to present to senior management.
    • Ability to undertake objective, critical analysis to identify the most effective solutions.
    • Expertise in creating and maintaining complex data models in Excel.
    • Business acumen, in particular finance, and commitment to achieving positive business outcomes.
    • Ability to influence diverse groups of stakeholders.

You will work closely with leaders across the firm to help achieve the company vision of a world that offers better access to healthcare opportunities.

      Responsibilities include:  

      • Develop and execute the firm’s long-term strategy and assess potential growth opportunities. 
      • Work closely with leadership to ensure that they are maximising the growth potential, both organic and inorganic, whilst aligning with company’s strategic direction.  
      • Keep up to date with global trends, and make strategic recommendations to the executives 
      • Provide valuable insight for the development of the business.

      • Highly experienced at driving strategic engagements to fruition. 
      • Advanced communication skills, with a focus on Executive level communications.  
      • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior management with the ability to create compelling analytical presentations, texts, and proposals. 
      • The successful candidate will be able to absorb and analyse a great deal of information, and then present compelling arguments in a clear, concise, and interesting way.  
      • In addition, this individual needs to be attentive to detail and have strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and be curious about new possibilities.  
      • Exceptional quantitative skills and financial understanding/ financial literacy and project management ability is a must.  
      • If you hold an MBA, that can be an even greater advantage.

You will work closely with stakeholders enterprise-wide and at all levels of the organisation to achieve desired outcomes quickly and efficiently.
