This fast-paced strategy advisory firm executes high-level strategic work for Board, CEO and C-suite clients and they are looking to grow by hiring Managers and Senior Managers in Sydney to work on Strategy, Operations and VC/ Investment projects. 

They are searching for individuals with the skills, knowledge, and passion to become a representative of the company with their clients. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the client’s context and objectives, develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and strategise on how the company and its clients can grow and thrive. They will lead key client engagements with small teams under them. 

They are focused on projects mainly across Sydney and Melbourne so minimal travel will be required and they are focused on flexibility for their people. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Establish a strong relationship with clients and senior stakeholders.  
  • Capture objectives, concerns and priority areas for customers while bringing the best of the company’s services to them.  
  • Demonstrate value and expertise through industry knowledge and/or domain knowledge.  
  • Use your creativity and intuitive skills in order to craft a tailored solution that meets the clients’ objectives while also creating an opportunity for further collaboration between our teams. 
  • Deliver excellence on all client projects, delighting them at every opportunity. 

Key Qualifications:  

  • Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in a brand name, top strategy consulting firm married with industry experience or Manager level consulting experience.  
  • Strong learning mindset and drive for continuous self-improvement 
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, personal adaptability, with high empathy and curiosity. 
  • Well-rounded strategy consulting tool kit.  
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of portfolio and solutions and how to best differentiate these values to our clients. 
  • A positive, can do and collaborative approach.  
  • Collaborator who fosters trusted advisor relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.  
  • An articulate leader who motivates internal teams to outcomes, embracing mentoring and developing others.  
  • Application of a data-driven approach to include research, business intelligence, and designing compelling strategies.
