The company is looking for a Strategy manager in Sydney to join their team and take charge of their business-wide strategy.
The role:
- Strategy: As they continue to rapidly scale you will work directly with our co-founders to develop, drive and track our business strategy
- Strategic initiatives: They are unapologetically ambitious about the type of company they are building. You will play a core role in initiating, contributing to and leading company-wide strategic corporate initiatives
- Founder support: You will be our founders’ right hand as they build out the business, accompanying them to select investment and fundraising meetings, coordinating follow-up with external parties, working with the investment team to prepare materials and taking the lead on ad-hoc strategic opportunities that arise
QUALIFICATIONS
- ~5 years of experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm. A degree of comfort with investment/ private equity is preferred but not required
- Passion for climate and sustainability, and for the businesses that are developing innovative decarbonization solutions
- Strong sense of ownership and confidence in working independently with little guidance
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication and s stakeholder management skills
- Action-oriented, highly organized and able to prioritize, introduce structure, and drive processes to clear outcomes
- Comfort with switching between topics quickly. Enjoy working on big-picture strategic themes as well as on detailed briefing.
